How to use

For best results, hold the bottle upright and spray generously on your shoes from about 20 cm away. Use the included cleaning sponge to work the cleaner into the shoes, and let it sit for a while. If needed, polish the shoes for extra shine. For suede and fabric, apply the cleaner with a brush, let it dry, and then brush the surface to restore its natural texture.

Shipping

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.

In connection with your order being sent from Netvisor’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address.

Warranty

As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for you to feel completely safe with your purchase, OM instead offers a full 30 (30) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item or a substantial part of it.
