Using the Powergel Met Pad is simple and convenient. Remove the plastic film and apply the pad right behind the main joints under the forefoot for optimal relief and support. The sticky surface beneath the pad ensures it stays securely in place, preventing any unwanted movement during wear. Easy Application: Remove the plastic film and apply the pad under the forefoot; sticky surface holds the pad securely in place.

1. Remove the insole from your footwear and place the met pad in the center of the insole towards the front. The pad should be placed behind the main joints under the forefoot for optimal relief and support.
2. Remove the plastic film; the pad’s sticky surface holds it in place. Metatarsal pads are always used in pairs, adapted to the right and left forefoot. Please notice the right and left marks on the top cover.
3. If it gets dirty and loses its sticky surface, it can be washed with lukewarm water and a mild soap solution.
4. Replace pads when signs of wear are visible.

Always use Powergel Met Pads in pairs to relieve both the right and left sides simultaneously.
