1 - PRODUCT RETURNS
All packages contain return shipping, paste it in the package you received and send to us. If there was no return shipping, contact customer service using the form below (do not forget to enter order number).
2 - NO COMPLICATED NOTES
You do not need to fill in a note about which items you have returned, we know which order it is and which goods are available via your return shipping, which is linked to your order.
3 - QUICK REPAYMENTS
Through Klarna, you can notice that you have returned part or all of your order. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you can stop the invoice until the return has been processed. If you have paid by card or bank, you will be refunded quickly via Klarna. Returns within Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden costs €4,90, 49 DKK, 49 NOK or 29 SEK charged from the refund. Within other European countries returns costs €9,90. Returns for other International countries costs 9,90 USD.
When you buy clothes online in general, however, it is good to know what size you have, because it is not possible to try on the garment before you buy it. When it comes to rehabilitation products such as elbow pads and knee pads, it can be difficult to know what size you are. Therefore, all product pages have a size guide at the bottom of the page that you can follow, measure and see exactly which size suits you.
