ARCH SUPPORT
The product provides good stability and support for the longitudinal arches of your feet.

SHOCK ABSORPTION
It's made of PU gel, a high quality gel with increased shock absorption, performance and durability.

PLACEMENT
Remove your insole from your shoes and stand on them. Insert the Arch Pad under your foot so it fills your arch. Remove the plastic film and place the pad on this spot.



ADAPTATION
Apply them directly in the shoe and move them between all shoes for better shock absorption. They have a light adhesive surface which prevents it from moving around in the shoe.

CLEANING & CARE
If they get dirty and lose their stickiness, it can easily be cleaned with lukewarm water and mild soap so they regain their original stickiness.

USAGE
They are always used in pair to support both the right and left arch simultaneously.
