HOW TO USE
Remove the plastic film and apply the edge of the product right behind the main joints under the forefoot for optimal relief and support. Make sure that the orange safe zone is behind the main joint. The sticky surface beneath holds the pad in place.

Material of PU gel is a high quality gel with increased shock absorption, performance and durability.

The top cover is made of a high quality fabric that is extra skin sensitive with a smoothness that minimize the risk of chafing and blisters.

PLACEMENT
Remove the insole from your footwear and place the met pad in the center of the insole towards the front. The pad shall be placed behind the main joints under the forefoot for optimal relief and support.

USAGE
Remove the plastic film, the pad’s sticky surface holds it in place. Metatarsal pads are always bought in pair adapt to right and left forefoot. Please notice the right and left marks on top cover.

CLEANING & CARE
If it gets dirty and loses its sticky surface, it can be washed with lukewarm water and mild soap solution.
