Den här övningen är perfekt att mjuka upp och aktivera dina vader med inför padelträningen eller matchen. Aktiveringen mjukar upp bindvävnad runt muskeln och ökar blodcirkulationen i vaden som är en väldigt aktivt muskelgrupp under padelspelet.

Här kommer Axels femte övning som är anpassad för rygg och bål – Cat Cow. Det är enkel och går att göra innan padeln tillsammans med Axels andra övningar för att värma upp och aktivera kroppen inför spelet.

Här kommer Axels sista övning som är avancerad variant av cat cow, som handlar om att ha ryggradskontakt och kontroll. Med Spiny waves så ökar du kontrollen, rörligheten och blir mer flexibel på planen.
